This Thanksgiving session lets rest our body mind and soul with 5 to 7 yoga poses. Lots of Blankets, Pillows and props (If you would like to bring your own please do so) to full release the nervous system in comfort and joy. We will be talking and meditating about gratitude, grace and ease. Giving thanks to ourselves, our family and friend and finally to the earth itself. Suggested donation is $10 per person.
